Child Sponsorship through Broken Hearts Ministries

Child sponsorship is the beginning point for most children under the care of Broken Hearts Ministries. This program provides for support for housing, food, clothing and basic education. The most important aspect of this program is the support provided to the children in their spiritual lives. Working with our ministry partners around the world, the child learns about the love of Jesus from the very first day they are introduced into the home. This program ensures that as the child grows physically that they also grow up with knowledge of the Lord. We make sure each child receives a Bible and is taught how to read the Bible and is encouraged to study it everyday. Your regular support for a child will help them grow into a champion for Christ. Your support provides the following: housing, food, basic education, and spiritual support.

Sponsor levels are as follows:

$35 per month to support an orphan child
$75 per month to support a widow
$150 per month to support a college student
$45 child sponsor for camp

Transition Support through Broken Hearts Ministries

Over the years we have watched many children grow up in Christian orphanages and complete their basic education. While this is a good thing and many have benefited from it, on many occasions these children come to the time in their lives when they must leave the home with no place to go and no one to help them in their lives from that point. As we prayed about this dilemma, God led us to initiate what we call our Transition Kids Program. This program provides additional education and training in a profession that allows the young person the opportunity to take the next step in life with a real chance at being successful. We have seen many young people take advantage of this opportunity and there are some real success stories that continue to be written.

From Blue Haven orphanage in India:

"We Thank and praise God for his blessing on Blue Haven children. Subash Rana and Chingri Khalang have passed their 10th class exam (equivalent to high school graduation). We were delighted to know this when the CBSE Class X results declared. They worked very hard and indeed deserve this success. This is the result of their dedication, devotion and hard work. We are proud of them. We pray both of them will keep working hard like this in the future. Chingri plans to pursue engineering and Subash plans to be a Black Cat Commando (an elite counter terrorism unit in India). We wish Them all the Best for their future!"
